At Raw Rich Luxury Hair, we take pride in providing premium luxury hair and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, please carefully review our return policy before purchasing.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and clip-ins are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Raw Bundles
- Lace Closures
- Frontals
- Wigs
- Clip-Ins
- Custom Units
- Sale Items
EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges if your item arrives:
• Incorrect
• Damaged upon arrival
• Defective
To qualify for an exchange:
✔ Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
✔ Lace must not be cut
✔ Bundles/wigs must still have original ties, tags, and packaging intact
✔ Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Please email with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Description of concern
Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
NO RETURNS ON USED PRODUCTS
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept products that have been:
- Installed
- Brushed/Combed
- Dyed/Colored
- Bleached
- Cut or customized
- Washed
- Worn
Any returned items showing signs of use will be denied and shipped back to the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3–7 business days processing time before shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on location.
Raw Rich Luxury Hair is not responsible for:
- Delayed shipping carriers
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
WIG SIZING DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct wig size. Please refer to our Wig Measurement Guide before purchasing.
